The Rationale
I designed packaging that embodies simplicity, cleanliness, and a distinct representation of the QUO brand. This newly designed packaging boasts a contemporary aesthetic, far more eye-catching than the previous plastic bag. To enhance readability, I streamlined and eliminated redundant information on the front of the package. My freshly devised package is entirely devoid of plastic, adhering to an eco-friendly ethos. It is constructed from 100% recycled cardboard, bound with dextrin glue, and sealed for hygiene with stickers made from 100% FSC-certified recycled paper. All printing was accomplished using water-based inks. The innovative packaging concept allows consumers to effortlessly pull out the inner box and access the cotton pads more easily. This design brings forth a more straightforward, tidier, environmentally conscious, and contemporary alternative to the indispensable plastic bags, which can now be proudly displayed in bathrooms or stored with practicality.
